Individual Sessions

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before your appointment may be refunded or rescheduled.
Packages:

A $250 deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable.

Remaining balances may be refunded or rescheduled if canceled more than 24 hours before the first session.

Sessions canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Training Courses:

A $250 deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable.

Once course materials have been sent out prior to the start date, there is no refund for the balance of the course tuition fees.
Rescheduling

Requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
