Cancellation Policy

 

Individual Sessions

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before your appointment may be refunded or rescheduled.

 

Packages:

• A $250 deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable.

• Remaining balances may be refunded or rescheduled if canceled more than 24 hours before the first session.

• Sessions canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable.

 

Training Courses:

• A $250 deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable.

• Once course materials have been sent out prior to the start date, there is no refund for the balance of the course tuition fees.

 

Rescheduling

• Requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Subject to availability.

Payments

• Refunds will go to the original payment method.
