Supplies for Hands‑On Training

Please bring the following items for Vitaflex and Raindrop days:

• One bath towel

• One hand towel

• Massage table

• Massage table fitted sheet

• Flat sheet

• Access to hot water to warm up towels during hands‑on sessions

During the Vitaflex and Raindrop training, the techniques and oils used can be quite cleansing. When our body is exposed to alcohol or toxins, it requires extra effort to detox. To support this process, it is recommended to avoid caffeine and alcohol for 3 days before and after the class. Additionally, taking Alkalime to help neutralize your body's pH is a good idea. It’s also helpful to have a bottle of White Angelica, Sacred Angel, Northern Lights Black Spruce, or Frankincense on hand, depending on your preference. As for hands-on training (Vitaflex and Raindrop), please make sure your nails are trimmed and filed smooth. Do not wear fingernail polish.
